The Genesis was founded by three veterans/business professionals who recognized a critical void in modern professional development. Our story began with a simple yet powerful realization: the traits that define an elite protector are the same as those that define an elite leader. During our years of service and subsequent transition into the private sector, we saw a growing need for professional training that addresses all aspects of manhood—fostering pedigree, psychological stability, and a “Boardroom-to-Battlefield” persona.
The Philosophy of Personal Mastery: We didn’t set out to build just another training center; we set out to build an endeavor centered on Personal Mastery. Blake L. Waldrop is a mission-driven Chief Executive and former law enforcement officer with a career defined by service, safety, and strategic leadership. As the Founder and CEO of RMA Armament, Inc. since 2013, Blake has leveraged his extensive tactical background to lead the company in providing life-saving protective equipment. His transition to the private sector followed a distinguished career in public safety, where he served as a Police Officer and Patrolman for the Dysart and Rawlins Police Departments. During his tenure in law enforcement, Blake was a SWAT operator and a State of Wyoming and NRA Certified Instructor for the AR-15 patrol rifle, ultimately being nominated for the Life Saving Medal in 2010.
Blake’s commitment to excellence is rooted in his service as a Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) in the United States Marine Corps from 2001 to 2005, from which he received an honorable discharge. Following his military service, he pursued rigorous academic and professional development, earning an Associate of Science and a Bachelor of Science (Cum Laude) in Criminal Justice from Colorado Technical University. A lifelong learner and specialist in his field, Blake also holds nine professional certificates in criminal justice and maintained certification as a Peace Officer in the State of Wyoming.

Julian E. Dioulo is an entrepreneurially driven Chief Executive and national security expert with over 25 years of experience leading high-stakes operations for the United States Federal Government and the private sector. He is the Founder and CEO of Business Tactical, where he provides visionary leadership and strategic guidance. Throughout his career, Julian has served as a subject matter expert for the U.S. Intelligence Community managing complex national security programs for critical assets. His extensive background includes serving as a defense contractor in high-threat environments throughout the Middle East, including Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, and Afghanistan, where he ensured the integrity of U.S. government programs against clandestine surveillance and hostile acts.
A decorated veteran, Julian served in the United States Marine Corps, which included two tours in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom. During his military tenure, he held leadership roles with Combat Logistics Regiment-17 as well as the Marine Corps Embassy Security Group, where he provided armed protection for American Embassies in India, Bulgaria, and Nigeria. His service earned him three Navy/Marine Corps Achievement Medals and the distinction of Platoon Honor Graduate at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island. Julian holds a Bachelor of Science in Homeland Security and a Master of Arts in International Relations and Conflict Resolution.

J.D. Atsu-Swanzy is a U.S. Navy Veteran with over a decade of experience executing high-stakes initiatives across defense, finance, and strategic growth environments. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy with a B.S. in Economics, he later earned his MBA in General Management from Pepperdine University. He received various awards, such as the Dean’s Eminence Award and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award.
During his military career, J.D. led multinational operations across Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, managing cross-functional teams and overseeing programs exceeding $100M in scope. He has worked alongside the Department of State, NATO, and various foreign navies. He is a recipient of the Navy Unit Commendation Medal, Meritorious Unit Medal, and other prestigious awards.
